7 Day Exchange Policy
Karentine's offers a 7-Day Exchange Policy from the date of delivery of the product. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product received, send an e-mail to karentines.co@gmail.com attaching the product images for the same. Please mention the issue and your contact details in the e-mail so that our team can connect with you.
Note that the exchange will only be accepted when the product is accompanied by all original contents of the delivery package. Every product is checked and recorded before dispatching the parcel, any physical damage done due to the negligence or mishandling of the product by the customer post-delivery is not covered under the exchange policy.
If the product is delivered in a damaged/worn out condition, please click a picture and send it to us within 3 days from delivery date for review. If our product checks are satisfied, our team will send you an approval/rejection e-mail for your exchange.

After approval of the exchange, customer will receive another same piece in exchange for the damaged one. If the same product is unavailable due to low stock customer may choose to buy another product after paying the difference between the both.

Important Note:
Damaged/Missing item issues will only be accepted with the unboxing video of the original packaging of Karentine’s. No Exchange shall be entertained without the unboxing video.
